The blank page wins most weeks.

You sit down to film and your mind goes blank. Your notes app is full of half-ideas with no hook and no plan. You post every day for two weeks, run out of steam, and stop.

You're not lazy. You're stuck. What helps is knowing what to post, a starting point for each post, and a small habit you can keep.

How it works

A small loop you can keep.

The first lap fits in one short sitting. After that, a short check-in on your day keeps it going, and every lap your ideas fit you a little better.

  1. tell us about youTalk or type, one question at a time. It learns your voice, your content themes and who you make posts for.
  2. see what's workingFormats that work, hooks that land, topics with momentum and, when we find them, creators to watch, in plain words.
  3. get a bank of ideasEach idea has a title, a hook, why it works and where it came from.
  4. plan your weekPick how many posts a week. Each planned post fills in with a hook, script, caption and a shot list or sketch.
  5. post, then tell usYou post it yourself. Then three taps: flopped, okay or did well, plus any numbers you want to add.
  6. next ideas get betterYour results and your "more like this" and "not for me" taps shape the ideas at your next check-in.

2. See what's working

Formats that work, hooks that land, topics with momentum and, when we find them, creators to watch, in plain words.

What's working in your nicheExample
Formats that work
Overhead cook-along
Hands and pan only, recipe text on screen.
Hooks that land
The cost reveal
Open on the receipt, then show the meal.
Topics with momentum
Freezer meals for busy weeks
Lots of new posts and questions this month.
Creators to watch
@pantry.example@onepan.example@supper.example
Based on what's being published and discussed in your niche, with the sources linked.

3. Get a bank of ideas

Each idea has a title, a hook, why it works and where it came from.

New this check-inExample
Cheap dinners
Freezer dinners for a week, made in one hour
“This is every dinner I'm eating this week, and it took one hour.”
Why it works: freezer meals are a busy topic in your niche, and a time-boxed promise gives people a reason to watch to the end.

Sketches

Your take, not a template.

Carousel and image posts come with a sketch: a rough storyboard for each slide with the copy, where the text sits, and a note of the photo to take or find, in your brand's colours once you've set them in your brand settings.

The sketch guides you. You make it yours, so your posts look and sound like you, not like a copy-paste of what everyone else posted.

When you're ready, download the handoff pack: slide copy, sketch images and a CSV that works with Canva Bulk Create, plus the script, caption and shot list as text. Finish it in Canva, CapCut or whatever you already use.

SketchExample
Carousel, 3 slides
5 pantry staples under $10
Top-down photo of your own shelf
Slide 1
Rice: dinner for days
Close-up of a bag of rice in your hand
Slide 2
Which one do you always forget?
You, holding up the last jar
Slide 3
Handoff pack: slide copy, sketch images (PNG) and a CSV for Canva Bulk Create.

On camera or not.

When you sign up, we ask whether you'll be on camera, and your ideas follow your answer. Faceless formats get the same care as talking to camera.

A beginner's week, two ways.

Same creator, same week. One runs on a notes app and good intentions. The other runs on a plan.

With a notes app

  • Sunday night: scroll for an hour looking for ideas.
  • Add three half-ideas to a note called “ideas??”.
  • Monday: film something, not sure it fits your niche.
  • Wednesday: blank page again. Skip it.
  • Friday: post something rushed, or nothing.
  • Week three: stop posting.

With CreatorMake

  • Sunday: a short check-in on the day you picked.
  • A handful of new ideas, grouped by your content themes.
  • Tap a few onto days. Each fills in with a hook and a script.
  • Film or design from a shot list or a sketch, in your own style.
  • Post it yourself, then tap how it went.
  • Next week's ideas lean towards what worked.

A habit, not another chore.

A calm weekly rhythm

Pick your check-in day, weekly or every two weeks. When it comes round you get “Your week is ready” by email and in the app. A short session: new ideas, plan the week, and how your last posts went.

Three things, not thirty

Each check-in shows at most three updates from your niche and the creators you track. New ideas come first, and ideas you never used quietly archive after six weeks, so the bank stays small.

A streak that waits for you

Your streak counts each check-in period, a week or two weeks depending on your rhythm, where you check in and post at least once. Miss one and it starts again from zero, no guilt.

Your week is readyExample
Sunday check-in
  • Freezer meal posts are picking up in your niche.
  • @onepan.example started a weekly budget series.
  • Short cost-reveal hooks keep showing up this week.
2-week streak, started again after a missed week.
