How We Use It

We use your information to provide and improve CreatorMake, personalise your experience, send service-related communications (such as welcome emails and password resets), and analyse usage patterns to make the platform better. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Neon PostgreSQL in the EU region. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Backups are maintained to ensure data integrity and availability.

Third Parties

We use the following third-party services to operate CreatorMake:

• Sentry error monitoring and performance tracking
• PostHog product analytics and session recording
• Resend transactional email delivery
• Anthropic AI-powered content generation features
• Stripe payment processing and subscription billing
• Cloudflare CDN, security, and file storage (R2)

Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. We retain only your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and plan tier for the purpose of managing your account. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Deletion request that we delete your personal data
• Portability receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Rectification request correction of inaccurate data
• Objection object to processing of your data for certain purposes
