Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CreatorMake, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Use of Service

CreatorMake provides AI-powered tools for content creators to research, ideate, script, and manage their content workflow. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using CreatorMake. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes beyond delivering the service.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content through the service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day trial with access to Pro-level features and a limited number of AI generations. The trial is provided at no cost with no obligation to subscribe. When the trial ends, your account reverts to the Free plan. All content you created during the trial remains accessible, but paid-tier features (such as auto-research, platform sync, and carousel generation) will be locked until you subscribe.

Subscriptions and Billing

CreatorMake offers paid subscription plans (Creator, Pro, and Agency) billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may change your plan (upgrade or downgrade) at any time through the billing portal. Plan changes take effect immediately and any price difference is prorated by Stripe.

If a payment fails, we will retry the charge according to our payment processor's retry schedule. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan.

We may adjust subscription pricing from time to time. If you are an active subscriber at the time of a price change, your existing rate is honoured for the remainder of your current subscription term. The new pricing applies only if you cancel and re-subscribe, or when you switch to a different plan.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
• You retain full access to paid features until the period ends
• No further charges will be made after the current period
• Your account reverts to the Free plan when the paid period expires
• All content you created remains accessible on the Free plan

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused AI generations. This applies equally to monthly and annual plans. If you cancel an annual subscription mid-year, you retain access until the end of the annual period but no partial refund is issued for the remaining months. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the service through the free trial and the Free plan before committing to a paid subscription.

Downgrading: If you downgrade to a lower plan or the Free plan, any content that exceeds the lower plan's limits remains in your account and is still visible, but you cannot create new items beyond the lower plan's limits until your usage is within the allowed range.

Account deletion: If you delete your account while on a paid plan, your subscription is cancelled immediately with no refund for the remaining billing period. All your data is permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect or have a billing concern, please contact us at support@creatormake.app before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account. Fraudulent chargebacks (where the service was delivered as described) may be contested, and we reserve the right to provide evidence of service delivery to your payment provider.

Disclaimer

CreatorMake is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before publishing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorMake and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice within the service. Your continued use of CreatorMake after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
